Overview
Attorney Tammi Clearfield is a Florida Supreme Court Certified family law mediator and collegiate instructor of Alternate Dispute Resolution. The family law mediation certification is granted after successful completion of course study, hands on mediation and credential verification. In order to keep the certification current, Mrs. Clearfield participates in continuing legal education in the area of family law mediation and performs mediations on a routine basis. Mediation is an effective, lower cost alternative to litigation that allows for flexibility in settlement through a negotiation process.
